My Key Takeaways from the 2013 PACE Customer Engagement event.
- Amazing Networking. It was a great opportunity to meet many different people in this industry and learn about the projects they are working on.
- Industry Education. The breakout sessions were full of learning experiences. Both keynote speeches helped me realize the value of customer engagement on a whole new level.
- New Product Information. It was great to walk the exhibit hall and see the new advancements in technology (and furniture) being offered to the PACE members.
