Interior Concepts exhibited at the PACE National Convention March 10th-13th.  For those of you not familiar with PACE, PACE is the Professional Association for Customer Engagement. You can visit their website and learn more about them HERE. The national convention was a great show full of learning and networking. Keep reading for my key takeaways from the event.

  • Amazing Networking. It was a great opportunity to meet many different people in this industry and learn about the projects they are working on.
  • Industry Education. The breakout sessions were full of learning experiences. Both keynote speeches helped me realize the value of customer engagement on a whole new level.
  • New Product Information. It was great to walk the exhibit hall and see the new advancements in technology (and furniture) being offered to the PACE members.
