Interior Concepts manufactures a custom product with a four-week lead-time. Shorter lead times are available depending on the needs of the customer and the materials in stock.
INSTALLATION:
Charges may be listed as cost per item, % of net cost of items, or negotiable per project.
Interior Concepts installation fees are 12% of the net sale price with a minimum charge of $750.00. This is consistent with our current contract pricing.
SPACE PLANNING COSTS:
Costs may be listed as cost per hour, or negotiable per project.
We consider space planning to be a normal part of our business, and we are pleased to provide this service at no cost.

If there are additional costs not already listed in the discounted price, please detail those below.
Interior Concepts list prices include FOB delivery.
