Another unique feature of our call center furniture is the Chase Wire Management System. The Chase system neatly stores all cables, cords, outlets, and jackets behind sliding doors. It provides greater cable capacity than any other systems and makes it easier for IT to update, change or reconfigure components down the road.  It can also significantly lower the cabling installation costs by cutting installation time by 25-30% and contractor costs by up to 40%.

Bullpen Cubicles
When call centers start to furnish their space they typically start with the agent workstations or call center cubicles, also called bullpen cubicles. Typically, call centers need to fit a certain number of people into a space so the number of agents that fit might determine which building to lease or purchase. Interior Concepts bullpen cubicles are constructed of a customizable one-inch thick thin-line panel system so we can fit more into a space than a typical office furniture provider. The panel height of the cubicles is also adjustable by the inch. Use taller panels for increased acoustics or shorter panels for increased visibility.
